Vit Tall's structured
teaming process

Vit Tall has eight key phases for the teaming process process:
(1) Conflict Check (ensuring that the prospective team member's interests do not conflict with the interests of Vit Tall's current/former team members/clients or Vit Tall's own interests);
(2) Mutual Confidentiality Agreement (endeavoring for the protection of both the prospective team member's confidential information and Vit Tall's confidential information);
(3) Evaluation [of the prospective team member and Vit Tall] (mapping past performance to the Statement of Work, examining compliance maturity, confirming financial stability, etc.)
(4) Teaming Structure [for the specific requirement] (determining workshare percentages as well as Prime Contractor/Subcontractor roles, etc.);
(5) Key Business Terms (agreeing upon Non-compete/Non-solicitation clauses, Exclusivity/Non-exclusivity, Intellectual Property, etc.);
(6) Teaming Agreement (reaching a good-faith obligation to negotiate a subcontract after the award, etc.);
(7) Award & Subcontract Finalization (acting upon the Teaming Agreement, which triggered a good-faith obligation); and
(8) Performance & Compliance (adhering to the applicable clauses, monitoring workshare as well as performance, and maintaining audit readiness).
